10. העדר נוהל בחירות
(א)כל עוד לא נקבע נוהל בחירות כאמור בתקנה 5(ה), תפעל האסיפה הכללית בדרך הנראית לה מוצדקת ויעילה ביותר לצורך בחירת ועד הדיירים וכן תפעל כאמור בכל עניין אחר שלא נקבעו לגביו הוראות בתקנות אלה.
(ב)ועד הדיירים רשאי למנות ועדות, לשם סיוע בביצוע תפקידיו.
