3. כינוס באסיפה
(א)הודעה על מועד קיומה של האסיפה הכללית ומקומה תימסר לדיירים עשרה ימים לפחות לפני המועד.
(ב)הודעה שהוצגה במקום בולט ונראה לעין בתוך בית הדיור המוגן, רואים אותה כאילו נמסרה לכל דייר יום אחד לאחר שהוצגה באותו מקום.
