בעל רישיון הפעלה ידאג לכך שמנהל בית הדיור המוגן יעבור השתלמויות והדרכות, אחת לשנתיים לפחות, הקשורות לתפקידו כמנהל בית דיור מוגן לרבות בתחומים המנויים בתקנה 1(1).
