6. היעדרות מעבודה בתקופת הריון
נאסרה עבודת אישה בהתאם להוראות תקנה 5, ולא נמצאה בעבורה עבודה חלופית מתאימה אצל מעבידה, יינתן בידה אישור רפואי כאמור בתקנות הביטוח הלאומי (גמלה לשמירת הריון), התשנ״א–1991.
