23. זיהוי המצביעים
(א)הרוצה להצביע חייב לזהות עצמו בפני ועדת הקלפי בתעודת זהות או ברישיון נהיגה.
(ב)מי שהצביע, תמחק ועדת הקלפי את שמו מפנקס הבוחרים.
