8. אישור הרכב נציגי המגדלים
(א)המועצה תעביר לוועדת הבחירות הודעה בדבר מספרם של החברים מכל ענף משנה שיש לקבוע לפי תקנה 4, שישים ימים לפני מועד הבחירות.
(ב)ועדת הבחירות תבדוק את הודעת המועצה ואם תמצא כי נפלו בה ליקויים, תהיה רשאית לתקנם עד ארבעים וחמישה ימים לפני מועד הבחירות.
