Section 11 of תקנות המועצה לענף הלול (כללים בדבר מכסות לייצור ביצי מאכל לשיווק בשנת 2021), התשפ״א–2020, מכסת עופות להטלה.
11. מכסת עופות להטלה
(א)המועצה תקבע לכל בעל מכסה, בתחילת שנת התכנון וכן, לפי הצורך, במהלכה, מכסת עופות להטלה לייצור מכסתו על פי מפתחות אחידים כמפורט בתוספת השנייה.
(ב)המועצה תנפיק לבעל מכסה תעודת מגדל שתפורט בה מכסת העופות שנקבעה לו לייצור מכסתו לפי תקנת משנה (א).
