24. הוראות רשות השימור לבעל קרקע
תיקון: תשכ״ט
גרמו עיבוד או רעיה בקרקע מסויימת בתחום תכנית כללית או משטר מים לקוי באותה קרקע נזק סחיפה בקרקעות שכנות או נזק למפעל שימור קרקע שהוקם לפי התכנית או מנעו העיבוד או הרעיה או משטר מים הלקוי כאמור ביצוע מפעל שימור הקרקע בהתאם לתכנית, רשאית רשות השימור, באישור רשות הניקוז ובאישור המנהל, בצו בכתב לחייב בעל אותה קרקע לבצע בה מפעל שימור קרקע תוך מועד שיקבע בצו, וכן לאסור על בעל אותה קרקע לבצע בה עבודות פיתוח בכלל או אלה שיפורשו בצו.
