3. הסדר של עיבוד ומרעה
המנהל רשאי, בהודעה שתפורסם בדרך הנראית לו, לתת הוראות בדבר אופן עיבוד קרקע בתחום האזור המיוחד, רעיית צאן, בקר או חיות בית אחרות בו (להלן – בהמות) והעברתם באותו תחום, וכן לאסור לגמרי פעולה מהפעולות האמורות בשטח מסויים שבאזור.
