32. סמכות כניסה
תיקון: תשכ״ט
המנהל, ראש רשות השימור וכל אדם המורשה לכך על ידיהם רשאי להיכנס לכל שטח באזור מיוחד לשם פיקוח על קיום הוראות תקנות אלה או לשם ביצוע כל תפקיד מתפקידיהם לפי תקנות אלה, לרבות עריכת חקירות ומדידות.
