תיקון: תש״ח
תקנות אלה תחולנה על השטח אשר ממערב ומדרום מערב לעיר טבריה המתואר בתוספת שבתקנות אלה. אפשר לעיין בתרשים של השטח הנ״ל במשך שעות המשרד הרגילות במשרד מנהל המחלקה לשימור הקרקע שבמשרד החקלאות [במקור: במשרד מחלקת היערות] בירושלים או במשרד הממונה על מחוז הגליל [במקור: במשרד מושל מחוז הגליל] בנצרת או במשרדי שלטון המחוז בטבריה.
