2. הטלת התקנות על אזור בתוך הגבולות העירוניים של חיפה
תקנות אלה תחולנה על אזור המשתרע בתחומי עירית חיפה המתוארים בתוספת לתקנות אלה. העתק של תרשים האזור הנ״ל מיום 4 באוגוסט, 1943, החתום ע״י ג. ג. סייל, מנהל מחלקת היערות, יו״ר המועצה לשימור הקרקע, אפשר לראות במשך שעות העבודה הרגילות במשרד מנהל המחלקה לשימור הקרקע שבמשרד החקלאות [במקור: במשרד מנהל מחלקת היערות] בירושלים, או במשרד הממונה על מחוז [במקור: במשרד מושל מחוז] חיפה, או במשרד מהנדס עירית חיפה.
