תקנות אלה תחולנה על החולות שמדרום ליפו המתוארים בפרוטרוט בתוספת לתקנות אלה. את מפת האזור הזה המסומנת F/360 אפשר לראות בשעות העבודה הרגילות במשרד הממונה על מחוז לוד [במקור: במשרד מושל מחוז לוד] ביפו, או במשרדי המחוז, רמלה.
