3. השלמת פרטים לפי דרישת המועצה
ראתה המועצה כי חסרים לה פרטים או מסמכים שלא צורפו לבקשה לפי סעיף 2, או שהתברר כי הם נחוצים לבחינת תנאי סעיף 13ד לחוק הפצת שידורים [צ״ל: לחוק], רשאית היא להודיע לספק התכנים כי לא תוכל לרשום את ספק התכנים במרשם בלא קבלת הפרטים או המסמכים החסרים.
