15ב. תקופת רישיון הספקה
תיקון: תשס״ט
תקופת תוקפו של רישיון הספקה תהיה –
(1)למי שהוא בעל רישיון חלוקה – לפי תוקף רישיון החלוקה שבו הוא מחזיק;
(2)למי שאינו בעל רישיון חלוקה – עד 20 שנים.
