8. ענשים
תיקון: תש״ח־2
כל אדם, העושה מעשה כל־שהוא מן המעשים שנאסרו בתקנות האלה, יאשם בעבירה ויהיה צפוי – משיתחייב בדין – למאסר לתקופה שלא תעלה על שישה חדשים או לקנס שלא יעלה על חמישים לירות, או לשני הענשים כאחד.
