8. ענשים
תיקון: תש״ח־2
כל אדם, העושה מעשה כל־שהוא מן המעשים שנאסרו בתקנות האלה, יאשם בעבירה, ויהיה צפוי – משיתחייב בדין – למאסר לתקופה שלא תעלה על שישה חדשים או לקנס שלא יעלה על חמישים לירות או לשני הענשים כאחד.
