האיזור, המתואר בתוספת לתקנות אלה, ומסומן בקו אדום בתסריט [צ״ל: בתשריט] הנזכר בתקנה 2, ונזכר להבא ”כאיזור המיוחד“, מוכרז בזה לאיזור מיוחד לצרכי סעיף 2 של פקודת השטפון וסחף הקרקע (מניעה), 1941.
