סגן הממונה על מחוז עכו [במקור: סגן מושל מחוז עכו], או בא־כוחו המורשה, רשאים לבצע בתחומי האיזור המיוחד כל עבודות, הדרושות למניעת חשף, וכן רשאים הם לקיים אותן עבודות, שימור.
