תיקון: תש״ח־2
כל אדם העושה מעשה כל־שהוא מן המעשים שנאסרו בתקנות אלה, יאשם בעבירה ויהיה צפוי – משיתחייב בדין – למאסר לתקופה שלא תעלה על שישה חדשים או לקנס שלא יעלה על חמישים לירות או לשני הענשים כאחד.
