תיקון: תש״ח־2
כל אדם העושה פעל כל־שהוא האסור לפי הכללים האלה יאשם בעברה ויהיה צפוי, משיתחייב בדין, למאסר לפרק־זמן של שישה חדשים או לקנס של חמישים לירות או לאותם שני הענשים גם יחד.
