השטח המתואר בתוספת על ההודעה הזאת והמסומן בקו ירוק בולט על תסריט [צ״ל: תשריט] כאמור לעיל, הקרוי להלן ”השטח המיוחד“, מוכרז בזה כשטח מיוחד לצורך סעיף 2 של פקודת השטפון וסחף הקרקע (מניעה), 1941.
