5. איסור השמדת צמחייה ועיבוד
תיקון: תש״ח
כריתתה, שבירתה, שריפתה או סילוקה של שום צמחייה – בין שנשתלה ובין שגדלה מעצמה – בשטח המיוחד, ועיבודה של שום קרקע בתחומי השטח המיוחד, אסורים בזה, אלא באישורו הכתוב של הממונה על מחוז דרום [במקור: מושל המחוז, עזה], או נציגו מיופה־הכוח, והללו רשאים להגביל אותו אישור לחלקים מסויימים של השטח המיוחד ורשאים הם להעניקו מתוך כפיפות לתנאים מיוחדים.
