7. כוחות לעלות על קרקע
תיקון: תש״ח
הממונה על המחוז, מחוז דרום [במקור: מושל המחוז, עזה], או נציגו מיופה־הכוח, רשאים לעלות על קרקע בשטח המיוחד כדי להוציא לפועל בדיקה או מדידה הדרושות לצרכי הכללים האלה, או לבצע את העניינים, כולם או מקצתם, שעליהם נקבעו קביעות בכללים האלה.
