תיקון: תשי״א
השטח הנקוב בתוספת, וכפי שנתחם בגבולות שסומנו בתרשים מיוחד בשם ”תרשים מס׳ 2 של האזור המיוחד לשימור הקרקע בעמק חפר“, מוכרז בזה כאזור מיוחד לצורך סעיף 2 לפקודה (להלן – ”האזור המיוחד“).
