1. הכרזה על אזור מיוחד
השטח הנקוב בתוספת, וכפי שנתחם בגבולות שטומנו בתרשים מיוחד אזור מיוחד בשם ”תרשים האזור המיוחד לשימור הקרקע בנגב“, מוכרז בזה באזור מיוחד לצורך סעיף 2 לפקודה (להלן – האזור המיוחד).
