4. כניסה לאדמות האזור המיוחד
המנהל, וכן כל אדם המורשה לכך על ידיו, רשאים להיכנס לכל שטח שבתחומי האזור המיוחד, לשם פיקוח על קיום הוראות תקנות אלה.
