2. חוות דעת של הפסיכולוג
(א)הערכת מסוגלות תיערך בידי פסיכולוג כמשמעותו בתקנות אימוץ ילדים (בעלי מקצוע בעמותה מוכרת), התשנ״ח–1998.
(ב)חוות הדעת של הפסיכולוג תפרט את הבדיקות שעליהן הסתמך הפסיכולוג לצורך הערכת המסוגלות.
