4. קיזוז תשלומים
בעסקה בין מי שביקש מידע מוקדם, כאמור בפרטים 1 ו־2 לתוספת, ובין המינהל, לגבי הנכס נושא המידע המוקדם, יהווה סכום האגרה ששולם, מקדמה על חשבון העסקה ויקוזז מיתרת התשלום בעד העסקה, ובלבד שהעסקה נעשתה בתוך שנה ממועד הבקשה לקבלת המידע המוקדם.
