Section 2 of תקנות האחריות לפיצוי נזקי זיהום בשמן (היטל השתתפות בקרן הבין־לאומית), התשס״ז–2007, דיווח על כמויות שמן.
2. דיווח על כמויות שמן
עד סוף החודש הראשון של כל רבעון ידווח מקבל למנהל, לפי טופס שהוא הורה עליו, על כמות השמן המשתתף שקיבל כמפורט להלן:
(1)כמות השמן המשתתף שקיבל ברבעון הקודם (להלן – כמות רבעונית);
(2)הכמות המצטברת של שמן משתתף שקיבל מתחילת אותה שנת כספים עד תום הרבעון הקודם (להלן – כמות מצטברת), למעט ברבעון שתחילתו בחודש ינואר שבו ידווח על כמות השמן המשתתף השנתית שקיבל בשנת הכספים הקודמת (להלן – כמות שנתית).
