3. הפעלת רכב
לא יכניס אדם, למכל הדלק של רכב דיזל, ולא ירשה לאחר להכניס אליו, דלק שאינו סולר דל גפרית, לא יפעיל רכב דיזל בדלק שאינו סולר דל גפרית, ולא ינהג ברכב כאמור, אלא באישור המנהל, ובהתאם לתנאיו.
