2. הנעה בגפ״מ
למרות האמור בצו הפעלת רכב (מנועים ודלק) (הפעלת רכב מנועי בבנזין), התשכ״א–1961, ובצו הפעלת רכב (מנועים ודלק) (סולר תחבורה), התשנ״ט–1999, רשאי אדם להפעיל רכב מנועי בגפ״מ, אם קיימת ברכב מערכת הנעה בגפ״מ, בין כמערכת בלעדית, ובין ליד מערכת הנעה בבנזין או בסולר תחבורה לפי הענין.
