2. תחולת תקנות רישוי בנייה
תיקון: תשע״ז
(א)תקנות רישוי בנייה לא יחולו על הקמה של מיתקן גז, אלא אם כן הוחלו במפורש בתקנות אלה.
(ב)לכל מונח שלא הוגדר בתקנות אלה, תהיה המשמעות שיש לו בתקנות רישוי בנייה זולת אם משתמע אחרת.
