12. התייצבות לחקירה שכנגד
רצה אחד מבעלי הדין לחקור חקירה שכנגד אדם שמסר תצהיר לאימות העובדות שעליהן מסתמך בעל הדין השני, יודע על כך בכתב לבעל הדין השני ארבעה ימים לפחות לפני מועד השמיעה וימסור העתק של הודעתו ליושב ראש הועדה.
