2. הגשת ערר
העורר ימסור לועדה, או ישלח בדואר רשום לפי מענה שפורסם ברשומות, כתב הערר בשלושה העתקים. היה מענה של הועדה בית משפט, יימסר כתב הערר במשרד הרישום של אותו בית משפט.
