2. ציוד דו־שימושי מפוקח
תיקון: תש״ע
(א)פריטים המנויים ברשימה, כעדכונה מזמן לזמן, ואשר נועדו לשימוש ביטחוני, הם ציוד דו־שימושי מפוקח.
(ב)הרשות המוסמכת תעדכן אחת לשנה, ב־31 במרס של כל שנה, את עותק הרשימה המופקד לעיון הציבור במשרדי הרשות המוסמכת ובאתר האינטרנט שלה.
