1. הגדרות
בכללים אלה –
”אפיק ילדים“ – כהגדרתו בכללי הבזק (שידורי בעל זכיון), התשמ״ח–1987 (להלן – כללי הבזק);
”בעל זכיון“ ו”הפקה מקומית“ – כהגדרתם בסעיף 6א לחוק הבזק, התשמ״ב–1982;
”חדשות מקומיות“ – כמשמעותם בסעיף 22 לכללי הבזק;
”כתוביות מסך“ – כתוביות המופיעות בתחתית מרקע הטלוויזיה.
