15. אצילת סמכות
ועדת השרים תהיה רשאית לאצול מסמכותה לעובד הציבור או לצוות של עובדי הציבור, כמשמעות המונח ”עובד הציבור“ בסעיף 1, בענינים ובסייגים שועדת השרים תקבע.
