6. אי־תחולה של הפטור על פעולות או הסדרים מסוימים
מצא הממונה כי הדבר נחוץ כדי למנוע חשש לפגיעה בתחרות, רשאי הוא להורות לצדדים הנוגעים בדבר כי הפטור הקבוע בכללים אלה לא יחול על פעולות או הסדרים מסוימים שלהם ממועד שהורה; הממונה ישלח הודעה בכתב לצדדים האמורים וכן יפרסם הודעה בדבר החרגה כאמור באתר האינטרנט של הרשות.
