5. אכרזה על מצרכים ושירותים בני־פיקוח
לענין חוק הפיקוח, כל מצרך שחוק זה חל עליו יהיה מצרך בר־פיקוח וכל שירות שחוק זה חל עליו יהיה שירות בר־פיקוח.
