27ב. בקשה לקבלת תואר
תיקון: תשנ״ב
המבקש תואר מומחה–מדריך יגיש לועדה המקצועית המתאימה בקשה על כך בשני עותקים, ויצרף לה את כל אלה:
(1)אישור על היותו פסיכולוג מומחה;
(2)אישור על צבירת 3 שנות נסיון במומחיות המתאימה;
(3)אישור מכל מדריך שבפיקוחו התמחה בהדרכה, על היקף הפיקוח;
(4)המלצות על רמתו המקצועית והאתית מאת המדריכים שהדריכוהו.
