הועדה המקצועית המתאימה תאשר קבלת בקשה להתמחות ויום תחילת ההתמחות ייחשב התאריך הנזכר בהודעת המוסד המוכר כיום תחילת ההתמחות בפועל או התאריך שבו נתקבלה הבקשה בועדה המקצועית המתאימה, הכל לפי התאריך המאוחר יותר.
