1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”היתר“ – היתר להעבדת נער כמשמעותו בסעיף 27ו(א) לחוק;
”השר“ – שר העבודה והרווחה לרבות מי שהוא הסמיכו לענין מתן היתר;
”נער“ – למעט ילד שחלות עליו הוראות תקנות עבודת הנוער (תיווך להעבדת ילד בהופעה או בפרסומת), התשנ״ט–1999, ותקנות עבודת הנוער (העבדת ילד בהופעה או בפרסומת), התשנ״ט–1999.
