1. הסכום המרבי
הסכום המרבי הניתן לניכוי מתגמול המשולם לנפגע או לבן משפחה הוא הסכום המנוכה לפי סעיף 14 לחוק הנכים (תגמולים ושיקום) [נוסח משולב], התשי״ט–1959, ותקנות הנכים (הסכום המקסימלי שמותר לנכות מתגמוליו של נכה), התשמ״א–1981, שהותקנו מכוחו.
