1ג. עדכון סכומים
תיקון: תשפ״ג, תשפ״ו
(א)הסכום הנקוב בתקנה 1א יעודכן ב־1 בכל חודש לפי שיעור שינוי המדד החדש לעומת המדד היסודי.
(ב)בתקנה זו –
”מדד“ – מדד המחירים לצרכן שמפרסמת הלשכה המרכזית לסטטיסטיקה;
”המדד החדש“ – המדד שפורסם לאחרונה לפני יום העדכון;
”המדד היסודי“ – המדד שפורסם בחודש פברואר 2022.
