בתקנות אלה –
”היתר בשטח כולל“ – היתר ששטחי הבנייה שבו חושבו בשטח הכולל המותר לבנייה בלא חלוקה לשטח למטרות עיקריות ולמטרות שירות;
”תקנות הבניה“ – (נמחקה);
”תקנות חישוב שטחים“ – תקנות התכנון והבניה (חישוב שטחים ואחוזי בניה בתכניות ובהיתרים), התשנ״ב–1992;
”תקנות סטיה ניכרת“ – (נמחקה).
