6. תוקפו של היתר ועונשין
היתר שניתן שלא בהתאם לתקנות אלה או בחריגה מסמכויות המהנדס לפיהן – בטל, ומי שנתן את ההיתר יהיה צפוי לעונשים הקבועים בכל דין.
