1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”שנת חניכות“ – תקופה של שנה מהיום שבו התחיל החניך בעבודה מעשית לרכישת מקצוע;
”הממונה“ – הממונה על החניכות, לרבות מי שהוא הסמיך בכתב לענין תקנות אלה;
”חבר ועדת בחינות“ – בעל מקצוע ששר העבודה מינהו לפי המלצת הממונה להיות חבר ועדת בחינות למקצוע פלוני.
