5. התייצבות לבחינות
(א)חניך יהיה רשאי להתייצב לבחינה במועדים כאמור בתקנה 3.
(ב)הממונה על החניכות רשאי להרשות לחניך להתייצב לבחינה גם במועד אחר אם לדעתו נסיבות המקרה מצדיקות זאת.
