מנהל מוסד חינוך יאפשר, בכל עת, לועד ההורים ואם אין ועד הורים, לנציגות ההורים במוסד, לעיין במסמכי חשבון הבנק, ובכל המסמכים המפרטים את התשלומים והתקבולים.
